| Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service. Payment may
be made by cash, credit card or by a pre-approved
private check. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover Card and Diners Club. In addition,
Corporate Accounts can be billed on a semimonthly
basis. Invoices are due net 15 days.
Cancellations:
Airport cancellations phoned in 4 hours prior to the
scheduled reservation will not be charged. If possible,
24 hours of notice is requested. Any charter reservation
cancelled will be charged 1/3 of the total amount
due and the full amount, if cancellation is within
48 hours of the date and time of service.
No shows:
No shows will be charged at full rate.
Airport Pickups:
Chauffeurs will greet clients at their designated
baggage claim area with a sign bearing the clients
name. After greeting them the chauffeur will assist
with any luggage they may have. If the vehicle is
nearby, the client may choose to walk to the limo,
or they may be picked up curbside if they wish. We
monitor the airlines flight schedule by phone,
so we are aware of any time changes that may occur
effecting your arrival or departure and make adjustments
accordingly. International passengers will be met
outside the customs gate.
Confirmation:
We will do confirmation calls with the booking agent
as well as calling the client at home for departures.
We also confirm arrivals to ensure travel plans have
remained unchanged.
Additional Charges:
Extra stops, not to exceed 15 minutes, are a $10.00
charge, after 15 minutes, clients are responsible
for hourly charges. Between the hours of 12:01-5:29
a.m., there is an early-bird charge of $10.00 added
to the bill. Standard 15% chauffeurs gratuity
and tax are also added to all reservations. There
is a $10.00 Extra Charge for International Arrivals.
Parking Fees added to all airport arrivals: SFO $3,
SJC $2, OAK $2.
Airline arrivals are monitored throughout the day
by office staff and the chauffeurs, who communicate
constantly to keep information, updated and make adjustments
accordingly.
Chauffeurs will greet our clients at their designated
baggage claim area. Clients will see their name on
a sign, held by our chauffeur. International arrivals
will see their chauffeur outside of the customs area.
