Service Provided
El Paseo Limousine covers the spectrum of services offered by any transportation provider. How a company executes those services is what sets apart from the crowd. What happens behind the scenes is just as important as the actual ride to be taken. El Paseo is careful to invest time in preparing each reservation.

All scheduled transportation is evaluated by El Paseo office personnel for itinerary locations and time constraints before the chauffeur leaves the office to undertake the day's activities. Proper planning, as any executive knows, is one of the keys to success in any endeavor. Another limousine, kept in reserve at company headquarters, stands ready to assume the backup role should a scheduling conflict arise because of traffic, airline delays or any unforeseen complication.

Airline arrivals are monitored throughout the day by office staff and the chauffeurs, who communicate constantly to keep information updated and make adjustments accordingly.

Chauffeurs will greet our clients at their designated baggage claim area. Clients will see their name on a sign, held by our chauffeur. International arrivals will see their chauffeur outside of the customs area.

Company Policy
El Paseo Limousine Service Policies:
• Payments - Payment is due at the time of service. Payment may be made by cash, credit card or by a pre-approved private check. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Diner's Club. In addition, Corporate Accounts can be billed on a semimonthly basis. Invoices are due net 15 days.

• Cancellations - If cancellation is phoned in 4 hours prior to the scheduled airport reservation, No charge will be assumed. If possible, 24 hours of notice is requested.

• No Shows - No shows will be charged the full rate.

• Vehicles - El Paseo carries a full line of late model Lincolns, from the executive sedans up to 10-14 passenger stretch Limousines, Vans, Land Yachts & Buses that seat up to 33.

• Airport Pickups
- Chauffeurs will greet clients at their designated baggage claim area with a sign bearing the clients name. After greeting them the chauffeur will assist with any luggage they may have. If the vehicle is nearby, the client may choose to walk to the limo, or they may be picked up curbside if they wish. We monitor the airline's flight schedule by phone and internet, so we are aware of any time changes that may occur effecting your arrival or departure and make adjustments accordingly. International passengers will be met outside the customs gate.

• Confirmations - We will do confirmation calls with the booking agent as well as calling the client at home for departures. We also confirm arrivals to ensure travel plans have remained unchanged.

• Additional Charges - Extra stops, not to exceed 15 minutes, are a $10.00 charge, after 15 minutes, clients are responsible for hourly charges. Between the hours of 12:01 - 5:29 a.m. there is an early-bird charge of $10.00 added to the bill. Standard 15% chauffeurs gratuity and PUC tax are also added to all airport reservations. There is a $10.00 extra charge for international arrivals. Parking fees added to all airport arrivals: SFO - $3.00, SJC - $2.00, OAK - $2.00.

• El Paseo employs many procedures to avoid possible errors and delays. Management schedules drivers and vehicles so as to leave ample time between reservations.
