• Our Dispatch Center operates 24/7. All rides are tracked on a proprietary transportation company management system. Dispatchers are constantly in touch with our drivers via cell phones  to handle any last minute changes that are relayed to them from the client.
• All vehicles are detailed inside and out daily.
• We own a fleet of over 60 vehicles available to accommodate any last minute changes or additions.
• All chauffeurs are required to pass a substance and alcohol test upon hire, are subject to continuous random drug testing and are part of the DMV pull program.
• All vehicles are licensed and routinely maintained to the standards of the California Highway Patrol and the Department of Transportation.
• El Paseo carries $5 million dollar liability insurance (state of California requires $750,000) Background/security checks are done on all new chauffeurs through an outside security company hired solely for this purpose.
• All El Paseo Transportation chauffeurs are fluent in English as a first language. We do employ individuals who are fluent in other languages as well. If an alternate language is required, we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
